PASTEL DE GARBANZO


This hearty vegan meatloaf is made from a base of seasoned chickpeas, baked up to perfection and topped with a flavorful maple glaze.:





Ingredientes
Vegetarian
Productos frescos
2 Carrots
2 Celery stalks
2 14 oz. cans Chickpeas, cooked
2 Garlic cloves
1 Onion
Refrigerados
1/2 cup Soy or almond milk, unflavored
Latas de comida
6 tbsp Tomato paste
Condimentos
1 tsp Liquid smoke
2 tbsp Maple syrup
3 tbsp Soy sauce or tamari
3 tbsp Vegan worcestershire sauce

epostería y especias

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Aceite y vinagre

  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Frutos secos y semillas

  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds, ground

Pan y alimentos horneados

  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
