Vegan Rhubarb Cheesecake

This vegan woven-rhubarb cheesecake looks beautiful, tastes delicious and is surprisingly simple to make with just a few ingredients.:

  • 10 Dates
  • 2 Lemons, juice of
  • 5 Rhubarb stalks

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
