Herb & Garlic Almond Vegan Cheese - It Slices & Melts!




1 1/2 cups Plant Milk (eg. almond, oat, rice, coconut, soy etc)
1/2 cup Blanched almonds (or cashews)
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tbs agar agar powder
2 tbs tapioca starch
1/2 cup hot boiled water
2 large cloves garlic
1 tbs mixed dried herbs

Coating suggestion - 1 tbs paprika + 1 tbs mixed Italian herbs
