Kiwi Flan





Kiwi Flan

Sweet and tropical, these mini flans will become regulars on your dessert menu. No-fuss, quick preparation yields exceptional results.
Serves 4
What You Need:
  • 2 cups ground graham crackers
  • 4 cups Tofutti Soy Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon ground fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced thin
What You Do:
  1. In four individual containers, press in graham crackers. 
  2. Blend all remaining ingredients, except kiwis, and pour over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight. 
  3. Arrange sliced kiwis on top and serve.
