Kiwi Flan
Sweet and tropical, these mini flans will become regulars on your dessert menu. No-fuss, quick preparation yields exceptional results.
Serves 4
What You Need:
- 2 cups ground graham crackers
- 4 cups Tofutti Soy Cream Cheese
- 1 cup pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon ground fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced thin
What You Do:
- In four individual containers, press in graham crackers.
- Blend all remaining ingredients, except kiwis, and pour over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight.
- Arrange sliced kiwis on top and serve.
